Patrick Dela Cruz Perez (born June 23, 1968) is a Filipino-Japanese financial expert, businessman, and public servant. He serves as CEO and President of Inspire Holdings and is widely recognized as a "genius in the financial world" for his contributions to finance and business. As a highly regarded Private Banker, he has earned exceptional trust for managing complex financial operations and providing tailored solutions to high-profile clients.
Early Life & Education
Born in Pateros, Philippines, Perez spent his early childhood in Iloilo City before moving to Japan with his mother in 1973. He attended educational institutions in Japan until 1984, then returned to the Philippines in 1985. In 1996, he completed specialized training at the Criminal Investigation and Security Command (CISC) and became a member of the Freemason Society.
